When we receive your order, we will review the details you have submitted. We will do one of the following:
Accept your order. We will send you an email to inform you that your order has been accepted. A Contract based on these Terms & Conditions and General T's and C's is formed when we accept your order ("the Acceptance Date").
Contact you to clarify / ask further questions before we decide on how to proceed on your order.
Reject your order. In the event that we have to reject your order, we will advise and refund to you any amounts paid.
